Our brand operates primarily on a pre-order system in order to limit overproduction and ensure responsible, high-quality manufacturing.

1. How Pre-Orders Work

At SEYNT, each piece is produced after your order is placed.
This allows us to create garments in controlled quantities, reduce waste, and ensure a higher level of craftsmanship for every item.

2. Processing & Production Time

Once your order is placed:

  • Production generally takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the model and manufacturing workload.

  • After production, your package is prepared and shipped from our warehouse.

  • You will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Times (After Shipment)

  • Belgium: 1 to 3 business days

  • European Union: 5 to 10 business days (depending on the country)

  • International: 7 to 15 business days
    Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination.

4. Shipping & Customs Fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
These fees depend on the weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

⚠️ SEYNT is not responsible for shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, or return shipping costs.
All such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

6. Delays or Extended Production

Production and delivery times are estimates.
Delays may occur due to high demand, quality control checks, or logistical issues.
If this happens, our team will inform you by email.

7. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Package

If an order is returned to SEYNT due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not claimed, reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.
Please carefully check your shipping address before confirming your order.
